Shrimp Skewers
Marinate peeled and deveined shrimp in olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes and salt. Skewer the shrimp on a rosemary branch and cook on the Ofyr ring plate until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. At the end, throw some chopped parsley and fresh garlic on top and squeeze a lemon.
Pork Chops
Season thick-cut pork chops with a blend of garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and French mustard. Cook on the Ofyr ring plate for 5-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 62°C.
Chicken Fajitas
Season sliced chicken breast with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Cook on the middle grill on until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Serve with caramelized onions, peppers and warm tortillas that would have been cooked on the Ofyr ring.
Vegetable Kebabs
Skewer vegetables such as zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on the plate for 5-7 minutes per side until tender.
Steak
Season steak with a blend of kosher salt and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. Grill in the middle for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on the thickness of the steak. At the end sprinkle black pepper and rub with some garlic butter. Let the piece of meat rest on some rosemary branches.
Salmon Fillets
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook on the ring for 8-10 minutes per side until the fish is cooked but the middle is still pink.
Halloumi Cheese
Slice halloumi cheese and cook on the ring plate for 3-5 minutes per side until lightly charred. Serve with a drizzle of honey and chopped fresh mint.
Pineapple
Brush pineapple slices with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Grill for 10-13 minutes per side until caramelized and tender. Flamber with limoncello or rhum.
Garlic Bread
Slice a baguette and brush with garlic-infused olive oil. Bake on the ring for 5-6 minutes per side until lightly toasted. Ideal to make bruschetta’s with tomatoes and chopped oignons…
Sticky Spareribs
Clean the rib cage and pull out the skin. Put the ribs in boiling water with salt for 45 min. Let it cool down. During that time make the sticky sauce in a pan on high heat: 1 cup orange juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp chili flakes, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp salt. Let it boil then cool down.
Brush the ribs with the sticky marinade, put the ribs on the central grill, turn and turn with basking the marinade for about 20 minutes. Then cut in individual bones, lay everything on the ring plate before serving.
